What to Expect
Using the Zoom platform to connect, online coaching can be anywhere between 30 and 60 minutes duration. Client consultations will be done online ahead of your first training session. No equipment is required, just show up! Personal training, pre natal fitness and post natal recovery programmes are all available using this method.

Take it Online
Online workouts have become increasingly popular and there are so many benefits of training with me virtually; you have total flexibility over your schedule and there is absolutely no reason why training online should limit your progress. Clients often find they have increased motivation and hold a level of accountability to 'show up' when online training is in the diary.
If you don't feel comfortable in the gym or in a group fitness environment, one to one online coaching can be a great way to stay in shape and feel energised whilst staying at home.
